Could not have been a better process!
Contacted Chris just to say we are now beginning to look for a new home! Explained what we were looking for and the next day we drove down to Delaware because Chris had 5 homes set up for us to look at! I wanted to drop one from our list because on a site it said high flood risk. Chris said let me look into it before you take it off the list. An hour later he had contacted the development company, looked at fema maps and determined that was not the case! We looked at those 5 and the house I almost dropped from the list was the one we purchased and love! Had trouble with the sale of our house in NJ and Chris was able to get the builder to wait the extra month plus for us to close! Chris negotiated a better price from the original price and on the day of the final walk through Chris noticed and mentioned small issues I didn’t see before signing on the house! Chris’s communication and professionalism was beyond what I expected from a realtor! If I was to ever move again or if anyone ever asks. I would highly recommend Chris!

We had made the decision to sell our home and relocate to Westminster Village in Dover, DE.
Our long-time friend and Legal advisor – F. Michael Parkowski suggested that we consider Chris Cohan of Re-Max as the agent for marketing our property. We had not participated in any property transactions for more than forty years. We were aware that the procedures and practices involved in home sales have evolved significantly during this period.
Chris toured our home, took notes, explained the listing process for Kent County DE, and gave us an accurate property value.
Chris gave us tips to help make our home appealing to buyers. That included steps such as removal of carpets, wallpaper and painting etc.,
